EU AI Act Literacy Training Terms & Conditions

We, Sebastian Kraft Consulting Limited, are offering the EU AI Act Literacy training (‘Training’) through our website (https://www.sebastiankraft.com ). 

This website and the training do not provide a legal service. If you need legal advice, please turn to a legal expert. 

The aim of this training is to give a training that satisfies the EU AI Act Article 4 ‘AI Literacy’.

The training is based on our experience and our understanding of the EU AI Act, especially Article 4. It lies in the nature of the EU AI Act that the interpretation is formed over time and hence the interpretation might change. This is outside of our circle of influence. The training is representing our understanding, which comes from a practical business understanding, not a legal understanding, as we are a business consultancy helping businesses to excel in the AI space.

Furthermore, the training only looks at Article 4 of the EU AI Act which deals with the ‘AI literacy’ as defined in this article. 

For each team member you have to buy a separate license / access for the course. If access codes are shared amongst team members, we will cancel this access without any reimbursement.
